Petronad Asia Petrochemical Industries Company (Mahshahr Blue Diamond) started its activities in 2018 in order to complete the supply chain in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, increasing the profitability and creating a superior position in the domestic, regional and global markets. This company is located on a land of 14 hectares in the second site of Mahshahr Special Economic Zone in Khuzestan province. Choline chloride is produced from the continuous reaction of trimethylamine and hydrochloric acid under normal conditions. After the synthesis section, raw products enter the evaporation section to separate choline chloride. Liquid choline chloride (aqueous solution) is obtained using chemical synthesis. The main raw materials include ethylene oxide, trimethylamine and hydrochloric acid. Dry choline chloride (powder) is obtained by absorbing liquid chloride on a selected carrier (cereal carrier such as corn flour, synthetic carrier such as silica) and then it is dried in a dryer.
